In the Spring of 2018, Nicole Culler embarked on a mission to redefine the essence of interior design with the launch of Nicole Culler Interiors, in High Point North Carolina. Inspired by her lifelong appreciation for art, architecture, and the nuanced beauty of diverse cultures, Nicole set out to create a design studio that would do more than just furnish spaces. Nicole Culler Interiors weaves the unique stories of clients into the very fabric of their homes. Nicole Culler is the visionary founder behind House of Culler, a distinguished interior design studio renowned for its innovative approach and deep rooted passion for blending art, architecture, and design. Born in Germany, Nicole was exposed to the rich tapestry of European, old-world design from an early age. The beauty of historical architecture, luxurious fabrics, classical art, and timeless furniture captured her imagination during summers spent in Germany, laying the foundational stones of her future.
From the cobblestones of Europe to the vibrant landscapes of Asia, Nicole’s design philosophy has been profoundly influenced by her global travels. Living in Ho Chi Min, Nicole immersed herself in the culture and was mesmerized by the intricate French architecture that characterizes the city. A brief but impactful stint in Cebu further broadened her appreciation for design, where the Spanish influence left an indelible mark on her aesthetic sensibilities.
The inception of House of Culler was a natural progression of Nicole’s lifelong passion for design. The clever play on her last name, “Culler”, signifies the importance of color in her design projects. Nicole has a particular affinity for blues and greens, colors that evoke depth, tranquility, and connection with nature. Which are consistently woven into the fabric of her designs.
